We are up front with our expectations.
We don’t establish relationships by overselling what we’re capable of and we don’t believe in the “undersell, over-deliver” mindset either. We believe in setting accurate expectations and explaining how we plan to deliver on those expectations.
The goal for us at TA Light Recruiting is for us to be on the same page every step of the way as we find your next career move or find the next fit for your organization. Under no circumstances will we take shortcuts as we do that, either.
Our willingness to tell you exactly what we’re capable of from a recruiting standpoint is a significant reason we feel our business is unique. Our ability to set realistic expectations and meet them is a product of our relationships we’ve established with candidates and organizations alike.
We know what hiring managers and candidates need; we know how to connect them. If we don’t already have a perfect fit in mind, we will either find it or deliver to you the exact reasons preventing success (i.e. compensation range, location, etc.).
